Al Mashaan GTCWe are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Senior Sales Engineer to drive new business growth, develop strong client relationships, and manage government tender–related sales. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, generate high-quality leads, and consistently achieve sales targets while providing expert technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, private, and project sectors.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends.
• Build and strengthen a solid client network through regular field visits, cold calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Manage customer requirements by collecting drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure product compatibility.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet assigned sales targets.
• Support customers by providing technical product guidance, demonstrations, and documentation when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and service execution.
• Resolve issues related to stock availability, delivery delays, or technical discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, quotations, visits, and customer interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports for management.
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
