As a Junior Florist at SwissRose, you will assist in the creation of stunning floral arrangements, help maintain the shop’s appearance, and provide excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**

– Assist in creating floral arrangements, bouquets, and other flower designs.

– Help with the preparation and conditioning of flowers.

– Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop.

– Provide friendly and helpful customer service.

– Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

– Participate in event setup and breakdown as needed.

– Support senior florists with daily tasks and special projects.

 

**Requirements:**

– A passion for flowers and floral design.

– Basic knowledge of flowers and plants.

– Excellent communication and customer service skills.

– Ability to work well in a team and take direction.

– Willingness to learn and grow in the field of floral design.
