  • Be polite and courteous to customers and handle their complaints with extra care.
  • Collect customer data and provide to direct manager on monthly basis
  • Provide appropriate after sales service to all customers
  • Provide feedback to line Manager about customer needs
  • Ensure to keep all promises made to customer
  • End sales in a way to retain customer
  • Manage high standard of hygiene

Skills

Sales Management:

  • Achieve sales as per daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Handle more than one customer
  • Follow the six selling steps

Stock Efficiency:

  • Ensure stock is displayed on the sales floor according to store standards
  • Update all the new arrivals, pricing…etc.
  • Assist in accurate stock count and keeping a track of all the stock
  • Handle the product with utmost care, along with the POS (Point Of Sale) and packing material
  • Stock Replenishment Management

Product Knowledge and Merchandising:

  • Be aware of product and the brands handled
  • Communicate products features, advantages and benefits to all customers
  • Understand and follow brand concepts
  • Decorate the windows, shop graphics and POS materials

Shop Administration:

  • Follow all the policies and procedures tightly.
  • Ensure safety, security and cleanliness of store is given high importance
  • Handle POS system confidently
  • Manage cash properly
  • Implement checklist daily to assure retail atmosphere is excellent as per standards
