- Maintain the record and informing to the management for contacted and uncontacted leads are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes.
COORDINATION WITH VENDORS
- Attaining accurate and original Logo from vendors.
- Acquiring item pictures from vendors.
- Obtain the information for all delivery areas in the shop and minimum order charges for order.
- Attain the information of delivery charge methodology.
- Implementation of Promotions, coupons & vouchers to boost & generates sales growth.
REPORTS & RECORD MANAGEMENT
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including.
- Sales calls.
- Closed sales.
- Follow-up activities.
- Sales expense report.
- Sales meeting report (New Vendor).
- Weekly signed contract report.
- Coordination meeting report (New & Existing vendors for meeting).
- Client meeting report.
