PURPOSE:

To develop the business in the designated region through partner flower, confection and gift shops acquisition.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

SALES PLANNING:

  • Submit the Sales plan as per the set objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analysis the Sales prospects.

SALES ACQUISITION

  • Receives the leads from lead generation team, communicate with them and convert the leads to Sales.
  • Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meeting and calls.
  • Identify the clients who shows inclination towards the product but didn’t purchase it and follow up for these kind of customer for special deal and offering.
  • Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate and send Request of Proposal (RFP) quoting the rates & terms of conditions to sign the contract and bring client onboard with Bleems.com
  • Encourage shops to upload items pictures on Bleems Sites.
  • Maintain the record and informing to the management for contacted and uncontacted leads are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes.

COORDINATION WITH VENDORS

  • Attaining accurate and original Logo from vendors.
  • Acquiring item pictures from vendors.
  • Obtain the information for all delivery areas in the shop and minimum order charges for order.
  • Attain the information of delivery charge methodology.
  • Implementation of Promotions, coupons & vouchers to boost & generates sales growth.

REPORTS & RECORD MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including.
  • Sales calls.
  • Closed sales.
  • Follow-up activities.
  • Sales expense report.
  • Presentations.
  • Sales meeting report (New Vendor).
  • Weekly signed contract report.
  • Coordination meeting report (New & Existing vendors for meeting).
  • Client meeting report.
  • Portfolio Report (Client name, live date, concerned person name and contact info).
